Smith Mountain Lake has some amazing 22,000 acres of clear water and 500 miles of shoreline.  Smith Mountain Lake is aptly named "The Jewel of the Blue Ridge Parkway."  Smith Mountain Lake is a dream come true for boaters, fishermen, water skiers, and wakeboarders.  Ski boats, pontoon boats & sailboats are especially popular, and boats are available for rent at numerous marinas.  You must come and see it for yourself!  You never get tired of drinking in the mountain back drops that are ever present in the Moneta area!
